Healthy, Freshly Prepared Meals
At Headstart Nursery, all of our food is freshly prepared and cooked on-site each day, forming part of a well-balanced and nutritious diettailored to meet every child’s individual needs ensuring we are followng and meeting the nutrition guidance.
We cater for all allergies, intolerances, and religious dietary requirements. Our team is fully trained in food safety and allergy awareness, including the safe use of EpiPens if required. During your child’s settling-in sessions, please ensure you inform a member of staff about any dietary requirements, allergies, or medical conditions.
Our Daily Meal Routine

7:30am – 8:30am: Breakfast – a selection of cereals and toast

10:00am: Morning snack

11:30am: Lunch – a freshly cooked main meal and dessert

14:00pm: Afternoon snack

15:30pm: Tea – a light main meal and dessert
We also offer a dedicated baby menu to support weaning and early feeding stages.
